ReelAbilities Boston is heading to a variety of towns and venues presenting their awesome lineup, and it’s time to head over to the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton for today’s feature, co-sponsored as always by the Boston Jewish Film Festival!
Autism In Love is one of those features that you know you’re going to cry at – a heartwarming story of four autistic individuals, each managing a romance and the perils, pitfalls, and triumphs in doing so.
Tonight’s screening begins with a pre-screening dessert reception at 6:45 PM, followed by the screening at 7:15 PM. And as always, a post-film discussion will wrap up the evening.
For ticket info and more on the film itself, head on over to http://boston.reelabilities.org/films-and-events/ and click on the ticket button next to the film title.
Also tonight, at the Springfield JCC (yes, we know that’s way AWAY from Boston, but it’s part of the festival), a selection of short films will be presented, with light refreshments served during intermission at this free screening. It begins at 6:30 PM – ticket info at the same link above.
Tomorrow, the festival heads out to Hanover and we’ll have more on the film tomorrow morning here at eCinemaBoston. And don’t forget, our sister site eCinemaOne’s podcast Subject:CINEMA is pleased to be able to add coverage of ReelAbilities Boston to our annual double feature “Boston Springs A Fethival” shows, coming the weekend of May 21st at http://subjectcinema.com and http://ecinemaone.com!
