“Boston Springs A Fethival” season is in high gear as it trucks through to the end of April, and the oldest LGBTQ film festival in America is underway – it’s the 2017 edition of Wicked Queer – Boston LGBTQ Film Festival!
During the weekday schedules, there are fewer options for the fest, which is best, since people have to work before they attend in many cases.
Tuesday, you can head out to Cambridge – both features are at the Brattle Theatre.
First up, there’s a series of International Shorts on tap – nine selected LGBTQ shorts from around the world. It starts at 7:30 PM – get tickets here.
Then they offer up an Encore presentation of Jewel’s Catch One, which played last week – this is your last chance to catch it. It screens at 9:30 – get tickets here.
Don’t forget, Wicked Queer will be just a part of our massive Boston Springs A Festival Double-Feature weekend shows over at Subject:CINEMA the weekend of May 20-21; a complete rundown of the festival and the films therein. You won’t want to miss that. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to check out Wicked Queer’s official web site for info on ALL The films, complete venue and ticket info, and more!
The film fun continues through April 9, at venues all over the Metro area – be sure to check in with eCinemaBoston every morning for each day’s lineup!
