Metro Boston’s largest all-documentary festival, the 10th annual Salem Film Fest, enters the back half of its fantastic week of entertainment with more great films for you to check out. As we enter the weekdays, each evening will offer a unique documentary experience.
As always, throughout much of the week, the remaining screenings take place at CinemaSalem, with select screenings at the Morse Auditorium at Peabody Essex Museum.

6:00 PM – THOSE WHO JUMP
ilmmakers hand a camera to a Malian refugee for an authentic inside look at a makeshift camp that is the launching point for jumping the fence separating Africa from Europe
8:00 pm – DATELINE SAIGON
Five Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists face fierce political opposition as they try to cover the Vietnam War from the ground in a film that is uncannily relevant today.
Tickets can be purchased at the Salem Film Fest website, or at CinemaSalem during regular business hours. Make sure you get your tickets early – it is not uncommon for many of the screenings, especially those held at CinemaSalem, to be SOLD OUT. Don’t wait to get your tickets until the last minute – get them as soon as you can!
