BOSTON SPRINGS A FETHIVAL: Irish Film Festival 2016, Day Four

irishfilmfestival2016’s edition of the Irish Film Festival will wrap up today with a lot of fine final day screenings. Every year, IFF brings quality films to the MetroBoston area, and from what I understand, this year has been no different.

For those of you who may have missed Friday’s feature Older Than Ireland, don’t fret – you’ll get another chance to see this innovative and intriguing documentary when it opens for an exclusive limited one week engagement at Cambridge’s Kendall Square Cinema on April 22 – better mark your calendars now!

1:00 PM – New Irish Shorts Program 2 (Somerville 1 – main theatre)

2:00 PM – After ’16 (shorts – Somerville 5)

3:00 PM – Michael Collins (classic 1996 film – Somerville 1)

4:30 PM – The Women’s Council – Women Of The Revolution  (with classic short A Night of Storytelling – Somerville 5)

6:00 PM – An Klondike (closing night film, with short The Mayor Of Boston, My Son – Somerville 5)
